The Regional Centre for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in South-Eastern Europe under the auspices of UNESCO with the support of the Ministries of Culture and the Museum Institutions from the Member States, presents an exhibition with more than a hundred photographs, representing diverse elements of the intangible cultural heritage in the countries of South-East Europe.

The purpose of this exhibition is to show the intangible cultural heritage of Member States through a journey in their living heritage. Many of these traditions are customs and practices that result from the encounters of different cultures in the region during distant historical epochs.
