The exposition presents elements of intangible cultural heritage from the region of Istria in Croatia, that are part of the country’s National Register or the UNESCO Representative lists of Humanity and the Register of good practices. The Living Cultural Heritage of Istria are comprehensively presented through photographs, texts and sound. The elements of this heritage include numerous traditional practices, the secrets of traditional fishing and some of the specific customs and beliefs typical for the Adriatic coast.
