A journey through the intangible cultural heritage apart from the UNESCO Lists and Register of the Member States of the Regional Centre Sofia - UNESCO and conversations with the ambassadors of the countries
The Regional Centre organizes trainings and workshops aimed at increasing the capacities of the South-East European countries for the implementation of the 2003 Convention and safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.
The Regional Centre fosters regional and international cooperation and creates specialised networks to coordinate activities and exchange information about safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage.
The Regional Centre instigates and coordinates the research of practices of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage in South East Europe, disseminates information about initiatives and activities in this field.
Category 2 centre under the auspices of UNESCO exclusively devoted to intangible cultural heritage. See more
